New arb alert

Two types of alert are provided: voice and text.

To set up voice alerts, you have to tick it on in the sidebar menu of the arbs page . Every new arb would be accompanied by voice alert.

To activate text alert, you have to tick it on in the sidebar menu on the layout page (“Show popups”). Every new arb would be accompanied by text alert on your screen even if your browser is zoomed out.
